Ingredients
450g chickpeas, (1 can), drained and rinsed
1 lemon, juice of
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 tbsp greek yoghurt
1 tsp sugar
75ml olive oil

Healthy and easy to make.
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a mini chopper or a food processor. Blitz until smooth.
- To serve, place in a bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil and a sprinkle of ground cumin.
- Perfect as a dip, sandwich filler or to accompany any spicy meal.
