As a foodie, do you prefer easy or hard recipes?

As a foodie, I've always been torn between easy and hard recipes. On one hand, easy recipes are great for busy days and quick fixes, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals without investing too much time. On the other hand, hard recipes challenge my culinary skills and broaden my food knowledge, resulting in a sense of accomplishment and unique, mouth-watering dishes. Ultimately, I believe it's important to strike a balance between the two, using easy recipes for everyday cooking and tackling harder ones on special occasions or when I'm feeling adventurous. This way, I can constantly grow as a foodie and indulge in a diverse range of flavors and cuisines.
